Mount Martha es un suburbio de Melbourne, en la costa sur de Port Phillip Bay, a 1 hora del CDB.

Dé un corto paseo de 700 metros hasta el Hotel Dava, que atiende bien a los niños con un parque infantil cubierto y al aire libre.

We had a lovely stay, bar a few little bits that wouldn't take much to make a big difference. The key safe was difficult to open and close. The tap in the kitchen was too big for the sink...with water spraying onto the benches and floor unless on a dribble. The huge shower head in a smallish shower made showering difficult if you didn't want to get your hair wet. The place lacked warmth with decor and a bit of fine tuning could make it a wow stay for those to come.

Access unsatisfactory.

Suite comfortable, no complaints once inside. Access difficult though, no signs or unit numbers on exterior of buildings or car parks. Key locking/unlocking was very frustrating, spent a long time trying to gain access. As well, tried to contact owners for help, no luck. Locks and/or keys need maintenance. After several minutes we managed to open the doors but when arriving back from outings the problem of course was still there.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Thank you for a wonderful weekend away. The apartment was very clean and had every amenity we could possible need. The location was very quiet, but still only a few minutes away from Mornington Main Street and walking distance to the beach. The check-in process was also very simple.

Short stay

The door locks were very difficult to open and close. The stairs to the living area are very steep and narrow. There isn’t any wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. It doesn’t have a full length mirror. The toilet door opens in and it is very difficult to enter and leave the room. The off street parking is small and awkward to get a larger car in and out. The laundry lock didn’t work at all.

great place to stay but noisey neighbours

great place to stay, close to the beach and other areas, very clean and well presented. Plenty of space for relaxing and a great deck to sit on and enjoy the day. Nice welcome basket from the owners. The one thing to be honest that will stop me going back is the walls and floors are paper thin, could hear every conversation of the people downstairs at 0630. Impossible to sleep in if others get up early, or hard to sleep at night if they having fun downstairs. Not the owners fault just very poor construction of the building

Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautifully put together unit, only a few minutes walk to the beach, close to shops and the town centre. The unit was lovely, easy to check in, in a quiet part of the town, would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family!

Pleasant stay

Three houses back from the Esplanade and walk way, lovely area, need to be fit and agile to reach the beach. Accomodation was quiet and very pleasant.

Lovely location

Great location nice size property for 2 or 4. Very clean ,bed linen excellent, nice balcony. Tv size a bit small and no oven or hot plates. Didn't worry us but might be a bit annoying if you'd planned dinner at home.

Disappointed

I booked this for the location and outside verandah wich upon arrival we read on the door we cannot use after 11pm or before 7am their was construction in the progress of another unit.we had 2 cars wich one had to be parked on the road down the street as nature strip was all big bushes and construction tape. We had to drive to beach as entry across from our stray was not suitable for us too get down and the bathroom had no window covering wich was awkward when showering we paid for 3 nights at a reasonably high price for the property we only stayed 2 as it restricted our purpose of being away overall it was very clean but as it was my birthday and it didnt serve the purpose I intended kind Regards Veronica
