Amazing Experience

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The place was very clean and had an easy check in/ check out process. It was the perfect location with lots of activities in the surrounding areas. Not to mention how accessible the host was during the duration of my stay.

A very sharp basement apartment with three nice bedrooms,each with its own bathroom. There's no living room, but there is a nice kitchen, with a table adequate for everyone. It comes with everything you need.

Wonderful place

Beautiful place in a residential zone, very safe and close to a park, seem to have some public transportation options but we had a vehicle so cannot comment on that. Place had 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom/shower, heated flooring which was nice for the winter, also had washer and dryer which came in handy, everything was provided including detergent, etc. Would definitely stay again if going back to Vancouver.

Beautifully modern, clean and new

While it does sleep 6 very comfortably the kitchen/dining/living room is too small to even be comfortable for 2.

Basically a new build with a basement suite designed and built for short-term rental. Accommodating 6 in 3 rooms with en suites and a compact common area, it's a great homebase to stay with a group. It's in a nice residential area but you probably need a vehicle to make it work.

Great stay!

This is a basement suite in a new house. The location is in a lovely, quiet area but not close to any tourist spots. There is a big park with a playground steps away from the house. Good street parking. Great communication with host. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The only drawback is really no living room space - there is a miniature couch and a tv in the kitchen space. For sleeping and cooking this place is A-one! For relaxing, not so good. However, we would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Rental

Booking was very easy using Vrbo. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The space was what I need for a four day stay. Three bedrooms all with their own washroom. I was going to rent two rooms in a hotel, but for what was offered in this rental far out seeded what I would have gotten. The living room/kitchen area was small, but we spent most of our time out site seeing and was only in the place at night. Checking in and out was very easy. You must be prepared to do your own trash and recycling, bins or provided. Instruction for trash and recycling are provided. All in all, I would have to say great place to stay while vacationing in the Vancouver area.
