Great property!

First of all, Aaron the owner was very patient with all the questions I had, he answered them very quickly. The property was beautiful, very well maintained. One of the bathrooms is only a half bath, powder room, but it served its purpose. Overall I would give this property five stars

The property is easy to find; in a good neighborhood and is well stocked for cooking but also one block off of a street with many restaurants

The place was not clean.

Not happy at all, bedroom with 2 beds were extremely uncomfortable, master bedroom had black mold all over the window on the inside. There were many issues with this place. I would never stay there again and would tell others of our experience.

Freda was my worst guest ever. She complained about everything including dust on a planter (literally a little bit of a planter in the bathroom). I’ve hosted and stayed at many Airbnb but wouldn’t recommend her. She tried blackmailing me for a refund and when looking at her profile notice it was a brand new 2023 profile. I was trying to be super accommodating but her and her friends smoked weed and stuck up my place. She would call at all times of the day about small things like how to turn on the shower among other things. I try to be the perfect host but would never ever recommend this guest unless you want a headache and to be stressed out

Not exactly as advertised

We arrived after dark (as we had communicated) and no lights were on at the property. We had to walk up to the door in the dark to see the street number. Once inside, we discoveresd that "air conditioning" does not mean central, it means two floor units with hoses reaching through open windows in two of the bedrooms. Fans were everywhere in the house making it noisy and blowing dust throughout the place. Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Location was good and safe, with a drug store and no frills grocery right up the street. Tl;dr - average at best, not worth the price.

Hi, in the description it does say portable A/C as this is an older home. I did try accommodating you the best I could including getting a special water for your sleep apnea. Hope you enjoyed your last minute stay before heading to your cruise. In terms of the bed I have medium mattress beds as most of my guest are over 30 and would hate a soft bed (including myself) as it’s bad for their backs. Wish you all the best and I hope you enjoyed your short stop here :)

Great location, bare bones house

We loved the location of this house but it really was not as well appointed as it should have been. The queen beds were ok but the single beds were very uncomfortable. The house says it sleeps six but there are only four chairs in the kitchen and seating outside was also for four. The outside bench was broken and none of the furniture was terribly comfortable. There were minimal amenities in the kitchen - not even enough forks for everyone. We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to good restaurants and activities but wish the house had been nicer.

Hey! I didn’t know the outside bench was broken since I was never notified but it’s been fixed. The forks, knife, and spoon set was something I realized too since I ordered 40 set but my guess is guest just through them in the garbage and I didn’t notice. The single/queen bed mattress is only 8 months old ordered from a mattress store but I never got a chance to sleep on it. The reason there’s only four chairs in the kitchen because it won’t fit a bigger table/chairs. My apologies it didn’t work but I wish you messaged me. I would have tried to accommodate your needs.
