Amazing 3 bedroom house on 5 acres

We are sure you will enjoy the stunning views down the Kanimbla Valley and the surrounding Blue Mountains escarpment.

Nes Kanimbla, which means Miracle of the Kanimbla, is a 3 bedroom architecturally designed house set on 5 acres in the Kanimbla Valley, just 2 hours from Sydney.

There is a large deck overlooking the acreage, a steam room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, 3x bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, and a large open plan dining and lounge with extensive views.


The space
The modern Earth House rarely fails to impress and is very private. The outlook is just stunning and the environment peaceful.
We get visitors like kangaroos, wombats, lots of birds and many other animals around the house. We really like that most people who stay at Nes Kanimbla understand and appreciate the natural setting and so far everyone has treated the house and environment with great respect. It's a great escape, no matter if you prefer to watch the stars at night, sit around the fire, talk, read your book, or play music, you won’t be disappointed.

All linens and towels are provided.

The Kitchen, dining and living are open, and the dining table seats 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with basic herbs, salt, pepper, and oil. You will also find paper towels, foil/glad wrap, baking tools and other supplies for your use. Some coffee, tea, sugar will also be supplied along with a Nespresso Vertuo NEXT Coffee machine (pod use). There is also a five-burner outdoor BBQ that’s ready for you to cook up a feast.

The house has ducted air con plus a fireplace. We have a private steam room that is available for you break out a sweat. An outdoor firepit is also available and some firewood is provided.

All three bedrooms have Queen beds, and each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom is equipped with an additional daybed. A highchair is also available if required.

There’s plenty of reading material, including books and magazines, some board games, decks of cards and other options for a day in or a rainy day.
Guest access
Entire house and the 5 acres of land. If you are cooking, help yourself to the herbs, spices and condiments that are available.

Standard check out time is 11am and check in time is 3pm. However we are fairly flexible. If there's no one booked before you, then you are welcome to arrive as early as you like and if no one is booked after you then you can leave as late in the day as you wish. Just check in with us the day before and we can let you know then.

Other things to note:
Due to the remote location of the property, there is only limited Internet (4G) available. There is a antenna on the roof which boosts mobile signal from the Telstra network (including Telstra resellers like Boost and Aldi). Reception for other providers is limited or not available.
