Very pretty Provençal villa 10 minutes walk from the center of Saint-Tropez, surrounded by vineyards, in a park of 2000 m2 fully enclosed, planted with trees and flowers. A haven of peace in a bucolic setting aspiring to relaxation. Six bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, two bathrooms and 5 toilets. Villa that can accommodate 12 people, it is a perfect villa for a family holiday.
The villa is organized as follows:
First floor:
– Large living room with living room and dining room, opening onto the terrace and the garden. Fitted kitchen which also overlooks the garden.
2 bedrooms with a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs:
The four bedrooms have a small private terrace. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms and the other two, smaller, share a shower room.
Only the 6 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The parking lot can accommodate 5 vehicles.

Great crew villa

We rented this villa for our sailing crew and it as perfect. We spent most of the time in the outdoor area which had a good heated pool, outdoor seating and dining table. The walk to the Place drs Lices was more like 20 minutes but we enjoyed the downhill walk in the morning. Overall enjoyed very much.

This is a great property that is well located near St. Tropez town. Great pool, outdoor patio, and living room. Wish the house was cleaner, the linens were better, and pillows were more substantial than old sacks. We also had to buy basic items for the house like trash bags and toilet paper because not enough was stocked.

La maison etait propre mais les materiaux sont anciens et donnent l'impression de n'être pas suffisament nettoyée, par exemple il y a des taches sur les vitres qui ne partent pas. La location de maison ne propose pas les meme services qu'à l'hotel. il y a du papier toilette , des doses pour la machine et sacs poubelles pour les premeirs jours de votre arrivée mais pas pour tout le séjour, vous devez ensuite acheter tout ce dont vous avez besoin.Quand aux oreillers vous avez raison ils ont besoin d'être changé.

Solid Property for a Large Group

One of the few holes in St. Tropez that we were able to find with 6 bedrooms. House is centrally located above St. Tropez center of town and off one of the main roads to Ramatuelle. Pool is beautiful but not heated so we didn’t get the chance to use it. Myriam was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

Two week holiday

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at the property. The centerpiece was the lovely pool which was captivating. Unlike other properties in St Tropez of this magnitude there was no on site caretaker. One far a door handle came off and the response was “the owner cannot find someone to fix such a small thing.” Upon arrival the pool was littered with so many twigs but we had to clean it ourselves because the property manager said it had been windy and the pool boy wasn’t scheduled to come for several more days. (At properties we had stayed at before it would have been handled by on site caretakers.) Still, overall, we had a wonderful time and would rate it highly.

Nous avons envoyé le pisciniste dès que possible mais effectivement pas le jour même car par grand vent toutes les piscines sont pleines d'aiguilles et le pisciniste est appelé partout...
