Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all trash to the trash receptacle located at the end of the parking lot on opposite side of the building. Place all dirty linens and towels in laundry basket inside closet.

I have lived in Knoxville, TN since 1976. I’m married and have two beautiful daughters and the sweetest little Teddybear Silky Yorkie. I enjoy hosting our beautiful condo in Townsend, Tn. (RIVER ROSE). I’m obsessed with watching cooking videos on YouTube, Treasure Hunting for eclectic items at Estate sales and thrift/consignment stores, traveling and just enjoying my life as a “empty nester” with my loving husband of 33+ years.
Why they chose this property
RIVER ROSE in Townsend, TN is truly a relaxing and peaceful experience in the hustle and bustle of life in this world. We chose this place because of its unique proximity to being on the Little River and just minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains. There is so much to do here; fly fishing, biking, hiking, tubing, shopping or just relaxing at the fire pit next to the River. We are also very close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and so many other attractions in and around the area. I think you will find RIVER ROSE a unique place to visit. Please book your stay soon!
