The property has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the second with a Double bed. There is sunroom alcove, off the living area, that has a daybed with trundle that can comfortably sleep another person.

There is also a common laundry that can be used by guests. It is located at the rear of the apartment block.

Parking is on street. Parking permit for free parking is supplied for use during your stay.
A street parking permit is supplied during your stay and must be returned to the property before you leave. Loss of this permit will incur a $300 fee to the guest.
