Very quiet and private. Fully staffed and serviced.
Large central pool with balé and sunbeds.
5 large bedrooms all overlooking the pool with black-out curtains, walk-in robes, ensuites and amenities.
Chef’s kitchen, dining and lounge overlooking the pool.
In between Ku de ta, Mexicola and Seminyak Square. 5 minute walk to Eat Street for all the best restaurants and shops. Seminyak beach is literally across the road!!
Owner is a female artist in residence and lives on-site in a self-contained apartment with studio and does not access the main villa. Owner can help with any requirements for a seamless holiday. If owner is travelling there will be overnight security.

I am a practicing artist from Australia living in Bali. I live in a self-contained apartment at Villa Lenu where I am either painting daily in my studio or am away travelling. If I’m around I can help you with your holiday needs. If I’m away there are 4 staff daily, overnight security and a local English speaking contact for any issues.
Why they chose this property
I love Seminyak because it is very compact and you can walk everywhere. There are hundreds of restaurants, cafes, shops, hotels, sporting facilities in close proximity and the beach is just across the road.
What makes this property unique
Villa Lenu is brand new, luxurious, and is literally across the road from the beach. Also only a very short walk to the top restaurants and shops in Seminyak.
