Villa Annecy is a contemporary four/five bedroom privately owned Villa in the heart of Seminyak, Bali, close to the beach, shopping and dining, yet ideally situated on a quiet street ensuring a relaxed and peaceful stay.

Unlike a drive of up to 4 hours to villas in Canggu, we are just 30-45 mins from Denpesar airport and less than 10 minutes walk to the beautifully clean Double Six Beach with chairs & umbrellas, surf schools and plenty of places to eat out.

The property has two pavilions with a larger Main Pavilion opposite the Pool Pavilion making it perfect for couples, or allowing privacy if traveling with your family or a group of friends. Fully staffed, so we can cater to your needs, allowing you to have a relaxing holiday, Villa Annecy will provide you with luxury and comfort on every level.

For your additional comfort, as well as extra quiet air conditioning the rooms all have adjustable ceiling fans, tinted glass in the windows to keep the rooms cool in the height of summer and also, for those light sleepers or families with young children, black out curtains have been imported.

Outside, Villa Annecy has a beautiful exterior. The garden area, surrounded by privacy walls covered in local vegetation, focuses around an indulgent pool which is over 50sq meters, with interconnecting side pools making it suitable for both relaxing or exercising. Decking and bridges allow you to access two different garden areas, one houses a magnificent gazebo for those wishing to relax in the shade during the midday sun and the other a diving board over a 2.4m deep water area*, ball net etc. central to all of this is the Jacuzzi and with an outdoor shower and numerous sun loungers it really does cater for all your needs. *The board can be removed on request.

At the front of the property there is a generous covered parking area for you and your guests if you want to hire scooters or a car, then they will be parked at the property, this is also where the staff and service area is located.

Spacious open plan living area with a clean contemporary feel, large sofas around a central coffee table, with expansive solid wood folding doors opening back to reveal the pool area. For your enjoyment there is a 60” flat screen television having international satellite reception, giving over 60 stations. Along with a full surround sound system. Inclusive WIFI means that you can jump online at any time. We have plenty of adapter gang’s for use whilst you are with us.

The dining area has a vast solid hardwood dining table with seating for at least 10 guests. Again with expansive folding doors opening onto a wooden platform leading out into the garden.

For any passionate cook there is a western focused kitchen, stocked with almost every conceivable appliance ready to produce those culinary delights. The central island doubles as a breakfast bar for quick snacks, and preparing cocktails for those sitting at one of the three sunken bar stools in the swim up pool bar, adjacent to the kitchen.

Upstairs in the main villa there are 2 individual Master Suites with king size beds and seating areas, each suite features its own luxury private bathroom with rain shower area and polished Terrazzo tub. The rooms have large windows that fully open and also a door onto a shared onto a balcony with seating overlooking the pool and gardens.

Upstairs in the pool annex there is a large Master Suite with king size bed and day bed, light and spacious with a vaulted ceiling and full size sliding doors that open out on to a private balcony with seating overlooking the garden and pool below. Also with its own luxury en suite bathroom.

Downstairs there is 1 Master Suite with a grand frame, housing two full size single beds, which can also be made up as a super king. Full height sliding doors lead out onto the pool area and a large en suite bathroom with rain shower and luxury tub.

There is a door from this suite through to the adjoining room, which is currently set out as a child friendly living space with ceiling mounted flat screen television and DVD player. Two of the walls are made up of glass doors that fold right back giving full access to the garden and pool area, this room has a large double day bed, lamp, side table and small set of drawers and a separate access to the dressing area and bathroom, allowing it to be used as an extra bedroom for adults or children if needed, there is a sliding door leading up to the master suite above.

When you stay at Villa Annecy, you are collected from the airport at the beginning of your holiday and also taken back for the return trip home. This transfer service for guests staying at the villa is all part of the service provided, however, if you prefer to hire a car during your stay this can be organised, you can either collect from the airport or have a car delivered to the Villa when you arrive, or alternatively a car and driver for sightseeing or local transport can be arranged on request. Please note that an International Driver’s License is required in Indonesia when driving a car or scooter.

On arrival you will be greeted by our guest hostess, Ni Made, and she will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay, whether you need help getting to the beach, with your shopping or dinner reservations, Ni Made will be there to organise this for you. There are 5 full time staff looking after you whilst you stay at Villa Annecy, as well as Ni Made we have 2 villa attendants who will take care of your daily housekeeping needs, a garden and maintenance attendant and an evening attendant, so whilst the villa is manned 24 hours a day the staff are very discreet, working away quietly in the background until you engage them.

There are many things that Ni Made can organise for you during your stay; perhaps you would like a chef skilled in Indonesian cooking to come and prepare dinner for you at the Villa, or an outdoor BBQ one evening? You may want to go out for a late dinner and need a babysitting service or perhaps you might like some spa treatments at home or even at a Spa itself, all of this can be arranged, you only need ask.
