Discover your urban retreat in this spacious 500-square-foot room in downtown Toronto, just a short walk from Yorkville. This suite features a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for meals, along with a separate living area filled with natural light and a cozy dining space. Enjoy the privacy of a separate bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. This is the perfect place for extended stays, just a 5-minute walk to the Yonge-Bloor subway station—ideal for exploring the city! Experience comfortable living in our furnished suites, designed to meet your needs. Please note that sizes, furnishings, and standards may vary, with a minimum square footage of 500.
Included in your stay are wireless internet, weekly housekeeping for stays of 30 days or more OR daily housekeeping for anything less than 30 days, and a telephone with local and long-distance calling across North America (excluding remote areas). Basic cable service is also provided.
To confirm your reservation, you'll need to sign an Accommodations Agreement and provide a copy of your credit card (front and back) along with a valid photo ID (Canadian driver's license or passport). Please note that minimum check-in age is 21 years.
We offer underground parking at a daily rate of $40.00 plus taxes or a monthly rate of $210.00 plus taxes.
Our pet policy allows for one well-behaved pet, with a cleaning fee of $50.00 plus tax. Smoking is not permitted in the suite, and all utilities are included.
Additional services are available for a fee, including airport transportation. Families can request cribs and playpens to ensure a comfortable stay.
