Enjoy a relaxing stay in our amazing contemporary house in the upmarket suburb of Yeronga, surrounded by many multimillion-dollar homes, and admire the absolutely stunning river views from the front balcony. Centrally located, our 2-storey home is a short drive to Southbank, or minutes from hospitals, golf club or uni`s of Brisbane city. With 4 bedrooms plus a dedicated study, there is plenty of room for all the family.
Our home is just a short drive to Southbank and the heart of Brisbane city. It is also close to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Greenslopes Private Hospital.
A large spacious home offering plenty of room for relaxing holidays. Perfect for families looking for a peaceful escape to the city.

Inviting bright and spacious plenty of room for all to enjoy, the whole house has reverse cycle air conditioning, making it comfortable in summer or winter. Sit on the front verandah or balcony and watch the world go by on the river and through the park. There is a secure backyard and plenty of parking area for a few cars. A park and walking path directly across the road give kids plenty of room for play.
Large bedrooms, separate dining area with full-length table, fully functioning kitchen, spacious lounge room, media room, office, two outdoor dining areas, plus outdoor lounge area.
All rooms have double beds, with 3 of the rooms having walk-in robes with plenty of closet space. The 4th bedroom has plenty of shelving in the wardrobe but does have limited hanging space.
The suburb of Yeronga is located just 5km south of Brisbane`s CBD and offers a blend of urban convenience and natural beauty with its riverside location and abundance of jacarandas. Featuring a thriving cafe culture, an array of parks to visit, and easy access to public transport.
Yeronga is positioned in a quiet pocket along the Brisbane River, on the western side of Ipswich Road and the railway line. Its proximity to the Eleanor Schonell Green Bridge (which links Yeronga to St Lucia and the western suburbs) makes it a popular suburb.
The Yeronga Train Station is 2km away, whilst the closest bus stop is 1.6km and the UQ St Lucia City Cat terminal is 4.6km away.

PLEASE NOTE that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through TRUVI.
You will also be required to choose between a security deposit or a waiver. If a security deposit is chosen, there is a small non-refundable administration fee attached. The security deposit is refunded after checkout. If the waiver is chosen, there is no refund.

- Quiet Hours are 9 PM - 8 AM.
- All bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions and upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest. Non-Airbnb guests must choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a small non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.
- Lastly, you will also need to agree to our house rules.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy. So please - no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.
* NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony, or in any outside areas.
* PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
