Other things to note
For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in operation. Public areas, backyard and entrances are monitored. Your understanding is appreciated.

Smoking Violation:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A fine of $1000+ will be imposed for any violation of this policy. This charge is for odor removal.

Unregistered Guests:

All guests must be registered under your Airbnb booking reservation. A fee of $35 will apply for each unregistered guest.

Pets policy: Service animals are exempt as per Airbnb guidelines. There will still be a pet cleaning fee of $250 USD per pet. This is for deep cleaning and to keep the house allergen free for future guests.

Any pet over 25 lbs has to be approved through the host.
Any violation will result in a heavy fine to deep clean the house and repair any damages.
