📌Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:

• No parties or events
• No pets
• No Excess cleaning and leftovers
• BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An Additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
• Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
• Bins are to be taken out of the apartment

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

📌 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorises us to hold a refundable deposit.
