At check-in, our team responded promptly to assist with access issues and provided multiple entry instructions and backup options until you were successfully inside the property. During the conversation, it was also identified that the access email had been delivered correctly, and you later realized the door instructions were located in a different communication thread than the one initially being checked, which contributed to the confusion at arrival. We also want to acknowledge that during your stay you expressed that the initial access issues had been resolved and that everything else was otherwise fine. In addition, you indicated that you did not intend to leave a negative review following resolution of the check-in situation.
