The space
A spacious, charming, and well-located and equipped home perfect for couples, professionals, and commuters. While ideal for many who like to live in DC like a local, guests who prefer ultra-modern accommodations or a setting further removed from the city life vibes might not find it as suitable.

This property offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern living.

SPACES:

- BEDROOM:

The bed has the popular Firm IKEA mattress. Also if you are above 6' 4" or more than 2 this place will be still livable but not ideal.

- BATHROOM:

The bathroom is always shiny clean and spacious and has everything you'll need, including private shower/toilet, bath and hand towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

- LIVING ROOM:

The common area/living room includes a couch that can fold out to a bed (extra sheets provided in it), and an air mattress is also available.

- DEDICATED WORKSPACE:

There is also a dedicated workspace and free high-speed WiFi so that you can work comfortably and catch up on emails/Netflix (note that we do not have cable). A washer/dryer is available in-unit-- no need to trek to a laundromat!

- KITCHENETTE:

Our kitchenette is well-stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and creamer/sugar, along with dishes and silverware, so that you can start your day off right. A fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, corkscrew, and small dining table which seats 4, are also available for your use.

COOKING:

The kitchenette is well-stocked with essentials, but is not well-suited for large-scale cooking.

LOCATION;

We're located between Columbia Heights and Petworth (two of DC's most vibrant, iconic zones). U Street, Adams Morgan, Mt. Pleasant, and Shaw-Howard University, are just a short metro/bus/uber/bike ride away.

ARRIVAL LOGISTICS:

Arrival logistics are easy: just take the yellow-line metro up from DCA, or (from Union Station), transfer to the yellow line at Gallery Place, and then head up. Or spend a comfortable 20 for an Uber/Lyft driver.

Private, on-site parking is available (truly a rare find in DC!). We're also able to provide second parking at extra cost for guests with more than one vehicle (just let us know in advance).

EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS:

To make your check-in as convenient as possible, we will send you a digital key code 24 hours prior to your confirmed stay. You can use this key code to come and go as you please during your visit; we change the codes after each reservation to ensure privacy/security.
