Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment, including the lobby, lifts, WiFi, and secured parking bay.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned along the Southbank Promenade and only a short walk from Melbourne Aquarium, Flinders Street Station, Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Definitely a great choice for travellers interested in entertainment, city walks and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. Casino East / Queensbridge St Tram stop is right at your doorstep!

Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

Flinders St station is only a 10min walk away from us via Sandridge bridge.

15min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
Self check-in instructions will be provided by a representative. Key collection is at a nearby location.

The space comfortably sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 4th guests.

The 3rd and 4th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.

The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
• Width: 200cm, Depth: 85cm, Height: 80cm
• Seat depth: 70cm, Seat height: 45cm
• Bed width: 140cm, Bed length: 200cm

Should be given a part refund, not what it says

First find a shop down the road to get the key where they photograph your ID. walk in the entrance the light doesn't work, the sticky floor meets your feet, inside the very wrinkled table runner greets you. Take suitcases into room, a double bed and a Doona that does not hang over the edge of the bed( it’s like a single Doona on a double bed). No top sheet just a bottom sheet inside out and a dodgy mattress that had holes in the side. Towels supposed to be white were grey. Lounge was so disgusting I had to cover before sitting down. Burn marks, stains, looks like little kids had peed and spilt stuff on it. Internet was like dial up. Dishwasher barely works.There were hand marks on the windows and dirty marks all over the walls.. the ornaments needed wiping the one on kitchen bench had some sort of brown liquid on one side. The flowers on the coffee table had mould on the petals. The blind in the lounge and bedroom were both broken to different degrees. TV remote didn’t work and battery cover on it was missing. We had to use the button on the TV to turn it on. The picture on the wall was broken and the place mats that are shown on the wall in the pics were missing and just had Velcro stuck where they used to be. Toilet only half flush worked, shower vent had not been cleaned in a long time which caused the steam to sit on everything. Shelf under oven broken off. On check out they tried to claim we had lost a key my husband had to make them Check pics to prove only 1 given.
