Towradgi Beach House is the perfect family haven, located next to the park and steps to the beach. It's the perfect space for the entire family to enjoy. Whether it's the pool, spa, park, multiple living areas or the beach, this home is perfect for everyone

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Towradgi is a charming coastal suburb nestled just north of Wollongong in New South Wales. Known for its relaxed beachside atmosphere, Towradgi is a hidden gem that offers a blend of natural beauty and a welcoming community vibe. The suburb features a stunning stretch of sandy beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, and enjoying family picnics. The iconic Towradgi Beach Park offers expansive green spaces, a saltwater rock pool, playgrounds, and barbecue areas, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.

Towradgi is also well-connected with a network of cycling and walking paths that follow the coastline, offering picturesque views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The nearby Towradgi Creek provides a tranquil setting for kayaking and fishing enthusiasts. The suburb’s relaxed vibe is complemented by a selection of cafes, eateries, and a classic Aussie pub—the Towradgi Beach Hotel—famous for its live music and family-friendly atmosphere.

With its proximity to Wollongong's city center (just a 10-minute drive away) and easy access to public transport, Towradgi is a convenient location for those looking to explore the South Coast while enjoying a peaceful, seaside retreat. The community-oriented suburb is ideal for families, beach lovers, and anyone seeking a laid-back lifestyle by the ocean.

Our home is a two-storey, 6 bedrooms, beachfront dream. The floorplan consists of an open plan kitchen that doubles up as an entertaining space. There is also has a huge deck overlooking the the pool, spa as well as the trees surrounded by the lake at the back of the home (direct access). A simple stroll down side gate, through the public park and you are on the beach, the perfect location!

Bedding configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 - 1x King Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1x Double Bed & 1x Single Bed (as a bunk)
Bedroom 3 - 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 4 - 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 5 - 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 6 - 1x Double Bed

The house sleeps 13 adults and/or children (including the bunk bed) comfortably or two young families. It has WiFi, Netflix, BBQ, and laundry facilities. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. There is also 3.5 bathrooms, which includes the ensuite in the master bedroom and an outdoor shower.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* No pets allowed

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THIRTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SIX people. No more than a maximum of NINETEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*PARKING - Only two cars can fit in the driveway, and under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on the grass on either side.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


*We do provide a baby cot and highchair, however, you will need to bring your own linen for the cot.

*There are 5 security cameras around the property for the safety of the home and our guests. There is one above the garage facing the street and on every corner of the property.

Great place to stay

Booked Towradgi beach house for a couple of nights with my family and I. Was an awesome house to stay in. Great location, good size, very modern. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something close to Wollongong that is high quality and has plenty of space to mingle and have time alone if needed. Thanks for having us and I will be back again :)

Nice but not as comfortable as a winter stay

We had a group of friends stay. The house was mostly tidy but the pool and spa and surrounding areas were strewn with palm leaves that had been there for a long time. We had hoped to use the spa but this wasn't an option. The main kitchen/dining/living room was so cold with no source of heating (a fireplace in the photos but no provision of wood, kindling etc). All 6 of us spent our time in the games room as it had a heater. The rooms to sleep were comfortable but as a winter stay it missed the mark.

Plenty of space

We were a group of 3 generations and we loved our stay. The teenagers used the pool and spa, as well as played pool and watch movies in the theatre room. The adults used the house to entertain and as a comfortable base while we explored Wollongong and its beautiful surrounds.

Perfect Getaway

This property was fantastic and the perfect vacation to catch up with friends! It is really close to the beach and has plenty of room! The owners even organised for the pool to be cleaned just as we arrived to make sure everything was ready to go. I would definitely stay here again!
