The Space:

This comfortable 2-bedroom unit is designed for families, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Enjoy a spacious and inviting atmosphere with direct beach access, less than 50 meters from the surf. The second-floor vantage point offers fantastic views over Kings Beach, watching the waves break and ships sail past.

Guests will have private access to the entire unit.



Parking: A dedicated lock-up garage is provided for convenient and secure parking.

Key Collection: For after-hours or Sunday arrivals, keys are collected via a secure lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. The lock box code will be provided on the day of arrival (for Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday).

Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth stay:

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025: Linen is supplied, though guests will need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025: Guests will need to supply their own linen or arrange for hire at an additional fee. If supplying your own, please remember to bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels. We can assist with linen hire arrangements if preferred.

Renovation Notice: From April 28th until June 28th, the unit above (Unit 7) will be undergoing bathroom renovations. This may result in intermittent noise and dust during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Pricing: Prices for your stay vary according to the season.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not included at this property.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will not be present during your stay, ensuring your privacy and an undisturbed experience. However, we are available remotely to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during your visit.

Poor communication skills

The area and apartments were great. But when i got home from my holiday i found they took 300 from my bank account. Without telling me. Accusing me of breaking a old vacuum cleaner. They did refund me all the money. But still very poor coms.
