Duck down for a quick swim in the waves at Kings Beach or sit out on your balcony where Unit 7 boasts lovely ocean views from your balcony.



This bright and airy apartment has a spacious balcony, 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 singles, 1 bathroom with a shower over a bath, full kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom also has ceiling fans and the lounge area has air conditioning.



Located on the 2nd floor with stairs and this unit includes a TV, DVD, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and security screens throughout.



Ocean Crest is a secure complex with an in ground pool and security parking. Ocean Crest is an easy walk to the shores of Kings Beach, a great choice of cafes on the beach front and also the main street of town.

Key Collection: Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Everything was good in the apartment except for the cleaning. Very dusty and dirty down side of beds against wall. noticed this when making the beds up.Short walk to Caloundra main Bullcock street.

Great Location and Space

The property was in a great spot! Walking distance to the beach and shops. Beautiful view of the ocean from the veranda. Lots of space and handy to have a washing machine and dryer. Could have been cleaned with slightly more detail and would have been nice to have been provided with toilet paper, washing liquid, body wash etc so we didn’t have to bring our own.

Property on older side but clean and tidy but with no internet which is not the end of the world but with no Foxtel available should be a must these days.
