The lower level is thoughtfully appointed to accommodate additional guests. It includes a second bedroom with a king bed and TV and a third bedroom with a queen bed and TV, providing private spaces to relax. Additional sleeping options include a queen-sized, raised, self-inflatable air bed for flexible arrangements. For families traveling with young children, you are welcome to bring pack-and-plays; the sectional sofa may also be used for children with your own bedding. These features provide comfortable, adaptable sleeping configurations to suit a variety of group needs.

Every detail has been considered to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The lower-level shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, dual sinks, and a lighted mirror, while a half bath is conveniently located on the main floor. Parking is a breeze, with space for two cars in the driveway. While the garage and street parking are unavailable, a few community spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entertainment and relaxation await you both indoors and out. Immerse yourself in the private hot tub, gather around the gas fireplace, or enjoy a barbecue on the balcony grill. Inside, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout, including a 65-inch in the living room and a 75-inch in the lower den, plus a selection of children’s DVDs. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pets/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
