Beautiful Gulf View - UPDATED 2 BR 2 Bath

Condo was nice but very expensive. It needs a bit of updating and we had a few problems with roaches, which was no big deal for me because I'm an entomologist; however, for a squeamish 13 year-old and her Mom, they were not to thrilled with large blattodea insects in the house. Condo had a great view and was in a nice location. Only one elevator for ten floors, however. With one elevator, we had to wait in lines on more than one occassion to take up all of our beach necessities. Condo was lacking basic needs for a week, we had to stock up on toilet paper, soap, shampoo, our own towels etc. The remote needed new batteries, which we replaced. If you are an avid beach goer, this is a good place. If you are like me and do not like large crowds, over-inflated prices for everything, and hate shopping, pick anothr place in a remote mountainous area, you'll have a lot more fun at a fraction of the cost. It's only average due to the high price, otherwise I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

Beautiful condo, clean, well furnished and well stocked. Comfortable bed. Great location. Awesome view of the beach right off the balcony. Debby was great to work with and made everything easy, she even checked in while we were there to make sure everything was ok. The only problem we had was with the internet, but that wasn't Debby's fault, it was Comcast. Really enjoyed our stay there and we are hoping for another visit.

We have had the most incredible time here at The Summerhouse. This rental has been everything advertised and more. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible. Everything in the room has worked great; including the wifi (which doesn't often work well in a lot of places). The owners called the evening of our arrival to see if things were ok. This location is near some great restaurants too.

We've already decided to come again.

Everyone before me has pretty much said.. everything is WONDERFUL! Convenient, beautiful inside and out, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It's been said by others, but I must repeat, the beds are fantastic. Nothing better than a great bed and you're trying to get some much needed relaxation. Everything you could need is in the unit, more than we thought! Make sure to go through things before you shop. We ended up having some doubles of certain items because there were so many little things included that we assumed wouldn't be from past experiences with other places.

We were lucky enough to be there the same week Debby was in town. It was so good to meet you, Debby! Thank you again for the restaurant recommendations. Dusty's and Bonefish were by far the two best places we went to. Such good food at both, with such different atmospheres. We felt lucky to have insider information :)

Cannot recommend this unit enough! Go see it for yourselves! You won't be disappointed!

This if a beautiful Condo. Very tastefully decorated, very clean and fully furnished. Beds are very confortable. It was great having a TV in livingroom as well as both bedrooms. Condo is only a short walk to elevator and garbage drop is right outside the front door. Very convient. Summerhouse has luggage carts and grocery carts which is very helpful taking things to and from your car. Swimming pools are very nice and outside landscaping is beautiful. We loved the balconey which over looked all outdoor fun and ocean. This is a very quite location. Owner is very easy to work with. We will return to this condo in the Fall of 2013.
