The home was beautiful and very nice sized for my group of seven girlfriends. Location was great for those who want to be near DU. Property manager was quickly responsive when we had an issue. Enough hot water for 8 showers a day. Lots of seating space. Well worth the money.

Beautiful, comfortable, room for everyone!
I stayed here with three other members of a non-profit board while in town for an event, and it was the perfect home base / workspace. We loved the big common rooms, very well-appointed kitchen, comfy seating by the gas fireplace, and plenty of space to sprawl / work while also having privacy for everyone. The beds are very comfortable, WiFi is strong even when many people are using it, and there are two sets of laundry machines. In the basement is a huge workout space with a Peloton, free weights, and mats; hot tub on the back balcony. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. Hope to have a reason to stay here again!

Perfect Home for a Cozy Stay and Memorable Gatherings!
I absolutely loved my stay! The space was perfect for hosting a memorable Friendsgiving, and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how much they enjoyed it—even days later. The house strikes the perfect balance between comfort and charm, making it feel like a true home away from home.The kitchen was a dream to cook in, fully equipped with everything I needed to roast a turkey, and the high-quality oven made the process effortless. The Nectar mattress in the bedroom was a revelation—I haven’t slept that well in years!The neighborhood is equally delightful. It’s safe, serene, and filled with beautiful old trees and picturesque homes. With two parks and a walking path nearby, it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys a stroll. Grocery shopping was a breeze too, with King Soopers and Sprouts just five minutes away.This property would also be ideal for a remote team retreat or for DU parents visiting their kids at the university. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
