The Beaumont
The property itself was excellent... A few things could be improved -There were no Ice cube trays or ice on arrival - we requested some and were told they would be forthcoming soon --- never arrived.Spare towels and bath matts were hidden away in 2nd bedroom so didn't find them until the end...The 2nd stage of the payment process was flawed and multiple glitches and phone calls to rectify.! regretably have been charged for an extra night after we checked out - which inaccurately is charging us for one of the previously paid for nights and excess cleaning fees.Spoke to Bonita about this and she said she'd get back to me right away --- 8 days later, still no reply --- only a reminder of the bill for an extra night we never had!NOT a credible Concierge at all :-(
