The Space:
This 4-bedroom split-level holiday home in Buderim is nestled in a leafy setting, backing onto the tranquil Buderim rainforest. The property features a beautiful pool area with sun lounges, a barbecue and outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the serene surroundings. The home is pet-friendly; however, please note that only the outdoor patio area is fenced. Inside, the home exudes charm with its warm wooden floors and a calming atmosphere, inviting you to unwind in style. Every window frames the outlook of the lush trees, seamlessly blending the beauty of nature with the comfort of modern living.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The generous master bedroom includes a queen bed and stunning rainforest views through its windows, along with a small private balcony. It includes a walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
The master ensuite is complete with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom Two:
This charming bedroom is located upstairs and is complete with a queen bed, an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathroom Two:
This modern bathroom features a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom Three:
The final bedroom upstairs is complete with a queen bed, an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe, desk and ceiling fan.

Adjacent is a separate room ideal for studying or working, featuring a desk and a single pull-out sofa, perfect for reading or relaxing.

The combination bathroom / laundry is compact and equipped with a toilet, shower, front loader washing machine, dryer, sink and an outdoor washing line.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, toasted sandwich machine, plus breakfast bar seating and plenty of cooking utensils, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience during your holiday.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and double carport. There is space to park 1-2 cars in the driveway, plus free on-street parking.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Lindsay Road where bus services are available and operate to Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Sippy Downs.

*Please note due to the beautiful rainforest surroundings, you will experience leaves in and around the pool and outdoor area.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. It is important to note that this property is not fully-fenced, so it will be up to you to keep an eye on your beautiful pets.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
