The Neighborhood:
Mt Mellum is a gateway to some of Queensland's finest attractions, including the Glass House Mountains and pristine beaches. Beautiful quiet scenic area friendly people - only 8 minutes to Beerwah where there is a Woolworths, Target, chemist, doctors, cheap shops etc and local restaurants - 20 minutes to Caloundra and the beach, heaps of restaurants within 10 minutes in Maleny and further into Caloundra - 10 mins to Australia Zoo for a day out with the Family. And if you like shopping Montville, amazing to duck out for breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner. Lots of things to do see, lots of trails to hike and explore, dams, waterfalls all within a half an hour drive.

This property is pet friendly, however it is not fully fenced so you will need to keep an eye on your pets at all times.
