Besides the beach, which is excellent for swimming and surfing, there are stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, and beach tennis schools less than 5 minutes away. The building has beach service with chairs and umbrellas. Next to the building, you will find a gym, supermarket, fruit and vegetable market, and pharmacy. You won't need to use your car! The apartment is right on the sand and is equipped with TV in the living room and both bedrooms. With Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO. 2 extra mattresses, hot water taps in the bathrooms. Your pet is welcome.
