Comfortable apartment with its privileged location in the center of Guarujá at Praia das Pitangueiras, we rent only for family and for a maximum of 6 people, near the beach and the mall. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 suites. and more complete maid's dependencies (bathroom and bedroom) all rooms with fitted wardrobes, with ceiling fan and air conditioning, well-ventilated dining room and living room with led tv and ceiling fan, renovated kitchen with basic appliances. A parking space with valet and beach services.
