The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher—so you can easily prepare meals during your stay. There is a dining table with 4 seats and also 2 stools at the kitchen bench. You can do your grocery shopping at Woolworths Metro which is just a 3 minute walk down the road.
In the living room you'll find a sofa with plenty of space for everyone and a smart TV where you can login to your streaming accounts and catch up on your favourite shows!
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable Queen-sized bed. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms provides direct access to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs, offering the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The apartment boasts two spotless and well-maintained bathrooms, providing guests with ample space and comfort. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet which are free for your use.

Getting Around: The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.
Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at Oneciti Air (35 Hobson St), Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 4 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
Interaction with Guests: Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. Loved having 2 in-suite bathrooms (even if they are tiny) making getting ready smooth. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and it was repaired before we left.

Great location, really nice open plan kitchen/living area, the parking area is pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle, we were just able to back a Toyota Highlander in but it took some manoeuvering. Having to pick the key up from a different location is a bit of a pain but we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Auckland. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well set up for cooking (no cooking oil though) and a nice new washer and dryer. Two comfortable bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Shower is fantastic.

Quality apartment
Great location and size. Good view. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Carpark on site. All you could wish for. Note to manager though: you need to sort the keys, whether with graphite or cut new ones from the master. It is ridiculously hard to open the door, we almost gave in on arrival.
