LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package including pool towels is provided with every booking for the number of booked guests.
Pool towels & bath towels are not permitted to be used at the beach. BYO Beach towels

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
