The property is perfectly located on one of the narrowest parts of the Peninsula and right opposite the famous Tuckeys Track – meaning the Sorrento Sailing club and front beach on one side and the beautifully wild back beach on the other. Sorrento township is also just a short walk away along the front beach.

* Please wipe clean the BBQ after use while it is still warm.
* Take out your rubbish on departure
* Run the dishwasher OR Wash your dishes
* Leave beds unmade - so housekeeping don’t need to guess if beds have been used.
* Turn A/C and lights off
* NO Smoking in the house or in the doorways - if it smells of smoke, you’ll be charged an additional cleaning fee of $60 + GST
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace in their residential area.
The Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals in order to respect residents. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. This means no music or celebrations and you need to be indoors after 11pm as even chatting on the deck after 11pm is not in accordance with the guidelines. There is a noise alarm installed in the alfresco area of the property and if we are alerted to a noise violation you may be charged a fine imposed to us by the council.
* Strict 3pm Check in and 10am check out. We use external cleaning contractors and they charge $60 + GST per hour for waiting time as delays can affect their subsequent changeovers and result in guests checking in later than promised. So please be mindful of this and check-out on time.
* Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am
* We understand that accidents happen. In the event of a liquids being spilt on our lounge,carpet or linens, It is essential that the following steps are taken immediately to avoid costly replacement of linens, carpets or upholstery.
1. Please Pour table salt over the stain immediately and leave for a maximum of 10 min.
2. vacuum up the salt and rub the stain gently with a clean, soft cloth dipped dish soap & warm water.
3. don’t wait to notify us. Please do this asap so we can organize professional steam cleaning and or laundering of textiles. although not guaranteed, This will greatly increase the chance of the stains being able to be removed.
* Please use provided face washers for make-up removal as oil based make-up (eg. Waterproof mascara & foundation, tinted moisturiser) doesn’t wash out of textiles.
