A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE SPACE
LIVING AREA
Enjoy quality time with family and friends in the spacious living area just off of the kitchen and dining area. Here you will find a cozy place to relax while enjoying panoramic views of the Inlet and all of the activity of the tides and wildlife that it displays! Sit down to a home cooked meal at the dining table for 6 at the indoor dining table or out on the back deck overlooking the Inlet. Enjoy stargazing on the deck like you have only dreamed about and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature. Bliss. The living room also boasts a 47" smart TV.
KITCHEN
Overlooking the dining and living area, a fully stocked kitchen boasts all that you could want in order to wow your guests with your chef skills! Plenty of china, cutlery, glassware, and cookware to satisfy even the Thomas Keller in the bunch!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a beautifully updated half bath downstairs for convenient use.
The Master Bedroom boasts a king bed and en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms offer two twins in one and a queen in the other and ALL bedrooms offer EXCUISITE VIEWS of the Inlet and Marsh. Ample closet space for each bedroom and Roku equipped TVS in each bedroom.
The master bath has an updated shower and granite countertops with a single sink and the 2nd full bathroom has a tub with granite countertops and a single sink.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sip coffee on the back deck or enjoy a good meal while viewing the marsh and the beautiful wildlife. The stargazing is amazing! Also feel free to cool off in the community pool in the warmer seasons or grill some shrimp from one of the renowned fish markets! The pool and grill area is just a few steps away. Or just sit and relax in the grassy common areas in one of the Adirondack chairs and soak up the views and some rays!
It is recommended to have a car but if you don't you can meet most of your needs using the golf cart, walking, or catching a cab, Uber or Lyft.

While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on
6. Guest who is bringing pet(s) must sign a pet agreement
THE POOL IS SEASONALLY AVAILABLE. It is not available year-round. The kayak is a tandem kayak that is available for use after reviewing the waiver. Kayaks can be launched at MORSE PARK which is .2 miles away using provided carts. Kayak may not be launched from the property.
*We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for your stay to cover a variety of cancellation reasons AS WE DO NOT REFUND OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION WINDOW. WE DO OFFER THIS AS AN ADDED ACCOMMODATION FOR AN EXTRA FEE THROUGH INSURE STAYS AND NATIONWIDE INSURANCE after booking. Please inquire.

**FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings and/or inspections every 4 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay until it can be verified the property is being cared for. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire.
