Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance, in-suite laundry, self-check-in, and free street parking. Our rowhouse basement unit is designed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The property is located in the Silverton community, just a 3-minute drive from local shops like Silverado Shoppers Drug Mart and Sobeys, a 7-minute drive from Walmart, and a 7-minute drive from Spruce Meadows. Downtown Calgary is a 28-minute drive, and Banff is about 1.5 hours away, making it a perfect base for city exploration and nature lovers alike. The unit features high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV for entertainment, and a bathroom with fresh towels and basic toiletries. Guests have their own separate furnaces with an Ecobee thermostat, allowing you to control the temperature to suit your comfort. The peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood offers a tranquil environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire basement unit, easily accessible through private outside stairs, with self-check-in provided for added convenience.
