A spacious home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals with close to 2,500 SF of living area in a central yet quiet location in SE Cape Coral with an outstanding water view across a wide Gulf access basin close to the river. You can reach the river by motor boat in about 10 minutes.

Features include 3 large bedrooms (2 King, 2 Twin beds), 2.5 baths, a beautifully remodeled kitchen, spacious living room with panorama windows, and a pool table. The electrically heated pool can be used year round. Watch the sunrise from the patio and you may catch sight of one of the animals living in the nearby nature preserve. Or use the little row boat to explore the waterways. Despite the quiet location, stores, restaurants, and access to Fort Myers are less than five minutes away by car and the stores can easily be reached by bike (three available). The home offers everything to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

This property is pet-friendly. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation. A pet addendum has to be signed.

Mostly great!!!

All was great except the garbage disposal leaked from the bottom when we arrived and we alerted management and was told someone would be out the next day to fix it but 4 days later i contacted management again and was then told the owners had their maintenance person. Needless to say it never got fixed so we could not use half of the sink.

Great place! Good value!

Great location! Very comfortable! A few items need to be fixed. Refrigerator ice maker only worked part time if that. Light over kitchen island needs fixed.

Had a very relaxing week,

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was lovely. We were not disappointed.

Excellent

Clean and as promised. Beautiful place. Only suggestion is to update lighting with new bulbs. Lighting had lot of burnt out bulbs ot fixtutres that didn't work.

Peaceful & relaxing

The view was amazing from the lanai. Pool was warm and very big. Area was quiet and close to everything. Especially liked being able to walk to the Eco park. The boat Bimini is ripped, could improve the view if removed or replaced. The couch was a little hard to sit on, looked nice but not comfortable.

Nice Home that Needs some Love

I want to start this by saying I had a wonderful vacation with my family at Agnes. We loved the location, the pool, the views, the layout of the home and the neighborhood. The house itself has great bones, but it was a little rough around the edges. When we arrived on Christmas day, there was only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, and no extra trash bags. The linens and towels were very worn out and scratchy. The pillows were lumpy and there were very few in the home. There were no mattress covers below the sheets. However, I reached out to management and they were compassionate. They immediately purchased new towels and linens, pillows and trash bags. They left them for us while we were out, along with a bottle of wine. The next day, the house manager came to check us in and showed us a few of the mechanics of the house. Most of the directions were in German and not ideally located. When I called the house manager towards the end of our 2 week stay because of a clogged sink, she yelled at me that she wanted us to check out an hour earlier than in the contract and hung up. Before we arrived, management sent me many emails about improving my stay by renting kayaks. Since the house was on the water, I loved the idea. They were kind enough to leave the kayaks in the garage, however since the house does not have a floating dock, it was impossible to use the kayaks as they were too heavy to be dropped down/retrieved 4-5 feet from the dock to the water. When I asked management how to handle this, they told me to wait until high tide. Even at high tide, it wasn't feasible to use the kayaks that I paid $400 to rent. We had a few other challenges too. The main TV is old and didn't have an HDMI cable or access to the internet so we were unable to use Netflix or any streaming sites. There were lightbulbs out in the master bathroom. We had ants all over the kitchen. The screen around the pool was ripped and missing 2 panels. The grill barely worked and they told us they were going to replace it after our stay. A handyman came and worked on the screen, brought a tank for the grill and replaced the bulbs. I understand that homes require maintenance so I'm glad the handyman came by to help. Overall, I would not stay at this property again, however I had a lovely vacation despite these challenges.

Beautiful Home Away from Home!

This house exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew we had chosen a great house! The house looked even better than in the pictures! It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and patio were beautiful and nicely taken care of. And the view from the lanai of the canal was fantastic! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the next door neighbor was friendly. As an added bonus, the lot next to the house is empty and there are Burrowing Owls that live there. It was fun looking for them when we were outside! Mandy, the property manager, was extremely nice and responsive. When I mentioned in response to a feedback email from VRBO that a couple of items weren't in the kitchen (measuring cups and spoons, and a wine bottle opener) she brought those items to us the next day! When we needed a plunger and the AC filters needed to be replaced, she and her husband came to the house on the 4th of July!! All in all, this was a fantastic house and a wonderful experience. We most likely will stay there again next summer.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was everything we thought it would be. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the location, which was close to everything in Cape Coral. Will definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful April vacation on the canal

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood, Close to all the shopping you’ll need. If you were in the canal was spectacular. Sitting in the lanai overlooking the pool was fantastic and what we did most of the time we were at the house. The house is a typical Florida set up with the master bedroom and one side , kitchen living room in the middle, and other bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. It also had a Half bath on the lanai which made it convenient for enjoying the pool area. A garage door opener was provided so I was was nice to be able to park in the garage. There were what seemed to be instructions for the house however they were written in German, I would suggest supplying an English translation. The property manager showed up as we expected on the second day to check and make sure everything was all right. She spoke very little English but Was very accommodating to get The owner on the phone to walk us through being able to heat the pool. I would book this place again
