Welcome to One Particular Harbor, a spacious Gulf-front retreat designed for large groups and families. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and over 3,200 sq. ft. of living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A great stay!

The property was perfect for our family of 8. It is a beautiful home that had all the accommodations that we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. We did a lot of cooking. The large dining table and the living room were perfect for us all. Most of all we loved the screened in porch! The bedrooms were all beautiful. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Perfectly portrayed

From start to finish everything about this house was amazing!! We checked in Christmas Eve and they helped up with the questions we had! The house was perfect fit for our group and we loved how open everything was! From sitting in the dinning room, watching the waves and dolphins while enjoying a meal to putting a puzzle together in the living room without missing any of the views. The pictures of everything were spot on and we can’t wait to book again!

Overall, it was a great week!

One Particular Harbor fit our family of 12 (ages 65 - 1) perfectly! There was enough space to be all together or to spread out. The proximity to the beach does not get any better!! The screened in porch with the swing was my favorite places to be (when not on the beach). The things that could have been better: cleanliness, linens & paper products. A good deep clean would go a long way. More linens would be appreciated - maybe 2 towels per person? Providing more paper products would be appreciated too. We don't have any extra space in our vehicle to stow away paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags for the trip down and the stores are not just a stone's throw away. Overall, this was a great trip and I would consider staying here again.

Great place to stay. Loves screened porch

This was a very comfortable house and worked wonderfully for our group. Kitchen very well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the porch!

Wonderful house on the Beach.

Perfect location. House was beautifully decorated. We would have liked the check-in package after the house was paid for. This would have allowed questions to be answered & better prepared for what to bring. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We stayed for a week and the house is amazing right on the ocean. Would highly recommend for anyone including families with kids!

LOVE IT!

Everything was great! As the "check-in" emails say, bring groceries because they are 10-20 minutes back in town. Also, a few restaurant options, which were great, but we wanted to cook as a family anyhow. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of room for family! FANTASTIC location on the beach. Saw Dolphins right off shore 5 of the mornings we were there! The living room/common spaces are huge and have more than enough comfortable seating. Tables everywhere for enjoying the view. EXTRA full size refrigerator in the laundry room was a great surprise. Porch swing was the most popular spot of the week. Beds were comfortable with enough extra blankets and pillows (it was cold when we stayed). One of the thermostats stopped working day 2 and was repaired within hours. Couldn't be happier with the property or the property management company. We'll probably come back, but when warmer!

Beautiful and Spacious

This was a beautiful and spacious property for 12 or more! The access to the beach was awesome and the screened patio was a central hub for visiting and enjoying the view and listening to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room and bedrooms were spacious. The location was outstanding! We will be back!

Family vacation

The house is wonderful, great location, worked out perfect for my family. I wish it would have been cleaner. The cleaning fee is pretty high compared to what you get. Some appliances need some cleaning or replacement. The vacation was great, the children enjoyed it. It’s a very nice house.

Wonderful Trip

We had a wonderful week and the house was beautiful. It fit our needs perfectly (a four generation beach trip). We loved the screen porch and the swing and stayed out there most of the trip when we weren’t on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect! Super clean and right on the beach. We were so happy with how comfortable we all felt there. The owners did an amazing job of making this place feel like a cozy home! Definitely recommending this house to family and friends!

Beach vaca

Very clean and lots of room. The bedrooms were large and we loved the roomy tile shower in the master. The screened in porch was great for lunch with a view! The outside porch was large enough to have evening cornhole games! We also loved the boardwalk to the beach. This was the perfect house and We hope to stay in it again soon!!

Family beach vacay July 2019

The house was great, you literally walked out to a short boardwalk onto the beach. It was like having your own private beach. My only complaints would be sofa sleepers could use updating, upstairs is HOT compared to the downstairs maybe some more fans or larger unit to help, more towels would have been greatly appreciated (only one per person) otherwise the house is nicely equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in the future.
