*PETS*
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ To add a second dog, please send us a message including their ages, breeds, and weights.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*WATER*
The chalet's water comes from a well. We therefore ask you to use water responsibly during your stay to avoid running out.


*ACCESSIBILITY*
In summer, the chalet is accessible with any type of vehicle.
In winter, the snowplow is reliable, and the road will be cleared within a reasonable timeframe. However, the use of a vehicule 4x4 is STRONGLY recommended for easy access, especially in case of a snowfall or icy rain.

*NOISES*
Because of the peaceful natural setting, parties are strictly forbidden. Please respect quiet hours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

*SPA*
The spa is available year-round. Guests must bring their own spa towels.

*LADYBUGS*


The seasonal changes in spring and autumn also bring the arrival of colorful little visitors seeking warmth: ladybugs. You may encounter them during your stay in these seasons. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.

*WATER*
As we are situated at the top of a mountain, water access is limited. This shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay, but we encourage you to be mindful of your water consumption, especially for larger groups. Please note that the water may have a slight sulfur smell; this is quite common for chalets in the Tremblant region and surrounding areas. Even if the water is totally safe to drink as is, we provide a Brita filter.

*FIREPLACES / LOGS*
There are two wood-burning fireplaces in the chalet; indoor and outdoor
Firewood is provided in reasonable quantity based on the length of your stay.
If you require more wood,you will need to bring your own. It can be purchased nearby; details are in the guest handbook provided after booking.
Also, please bring kindling, paper, and a lighter (as these tend to disappear).
