Beautiful house on the Lake

We enjoyed everything about our stay both inside the house and on the property. Our host was always available for questions and couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Great Family Vacation!!!!

Everything about our stay at Andrew's home on White Lake was wonderful! Andrew is so accommodating, and his lake home had everything we needed and more to make it one of the best family vacations we have had. We look forward to another stay at White Lake in the future!

Home away from home

The lake was beautiful and house was very comfortable. Spent beautiful days on the lake and rainy nights watching movies and playing games.

Great Family Vacation

We vacation in the Catskills every summer and this has been one of our favorite rental homes. The cabin is clean and big enough for 2 families, comfortably. Dock access was perfect for swimming and fishing. Owners are super friendly, helpful & communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

We had a really great experience at this house on white lake. Very cozy and comfortable, it was perfect for our group. The deck out back was great to hang out in the afternoon sun and there was everything we needed to make a nice dinner on the grill, all with a beautiful view over the lake! Andrew was very nice and met us at check in to show us where everything was and made everything easy to figure out. I highly recommend a stay at this place!

Beautiful Lakeside Weekend

We had an amazing weekend at This beautiful home. The setting couldn’t have been better, right on the lake with a gorgeous deck to take in the views. House was incredibly clean and comfortable, and Andrew was a super responsive, helpful host. We are so grateful to him for a great weekend!

Family Getaway

The house was immaculate and the views were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed every second of being at this house! Andrew and his wife even left us a bottle of wine when we checked in! They were great and gracious hosts! We had such an amazing time! Thank you!

Great spot on the lake

Andrew's cabin is a spacious waterfront gem. The interior is open and well decorated - great for hosting. Bedrooms were conveniently spaced and the views were fantastic. We stayed in December but the surrounding property was still a plus even in the cold. Hiking and skiing were both close by. We'll be sure to consider staying in the summer as well.

Beautiful waterfront home!

This property was the perfect lake getaway house. Spacious enough to host a group, yet still charming with lots of character. Awesome indoor/outdoor space with new appliances. The host was fantastic as well, providing lots of proactive communication. Would definitely go again!

Beautiful property and great host

Our family spent 5 days at this lakeside property as a quick getaway from NYC and loved it! My kids enjoyed everything the property and the lake has to offer. It was very smooth communicating with Andrew the host. He was very helpful and understanding when we arrived late at night and drove over his lawn instead of parking in the driveway. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking to stay and have a quaint vacation!

Wonderful vacation at the lake house

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Our family had a fantastic week at the lake house. Andrew the owner was terrific. Easy to reach. The house Was spotless and had everything and more than you could ask for. It was spacious and the deck and dock area just added to the great experience. Hoping to return next summer

Perfect Gateway on the lake

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house on the lake was great - the views were breathtaking and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities and attractions, but far enough away to feel secluded and private. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved the amenities, such as the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and beautiful outdoor space with direct access to the lake. We can't wait to come back and stay again! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!

Perfect Stay at White Lake

Stayed here for New Years Eve with a few friends, and this home surpassed all expectations - the pictures don't do it justice! We met Andrew and his wife once we arrived and they were both were so kind and helpful. They showed us around the home and how to work the fire place, TV, etc. they also gave us recommendations for the area, and made everything super easy and flexible for us. The house was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again when it is warm out to enjoy their beautiful deck overlooking the lake.

Perfect Low-Key Family Getaway

We were blown away by the property upon arrival and throughout our stay. It's location on the lake, cleanliness, abundance of amenities, comfort, and charm far exceeded our expectations. Andrew was a great host - answering all my questions in advance of our stay; ensuring his home was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and special; and checking in to ask if we needed anything. We enjoyed paddling on, swimming in, and simply relaxing by the lake; exploring the relatively quiet White Lake community; eating most of our meals and enjoying the fire table on the awesome deck; preparing meals, playing games, and watching TV in the super well-equipped and charming house; and just chilling with one another for a week. Andrew's home is the perfect spot for a quiet family retreat!

Way Beyond Expectations!

A small group of friends and I stayed here for a long weekend, and we had the absolute best weekend! The house is BEAUTIFUL, the pictures do not even do it justice. We were amazed by the wonderful condition of the home, the gorgeous kitchen with every appliance and tool you could ever need, the cozy living room, and the extremely comfortable bedrooms with amazing bedding. The house is in a gorgeous location, and we enjoyed the patio furniture, fire pit, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, grill, etc. Andrew was a wonderful host and made everything so easy from start to finish. We can't wait to come back!

Comfortable and clean house on a lake

My family and 3 kids had a wonderful week at this house. The WiFi works well and we were able to work during our stay. First of all, the house is very clean and very well stocked with all the necessities. We even had a fire food provided for a fire pit which we have used once. Second, the grill outside works well and we had bbq few times. Finally, we used a paddle boat and kayaks. The owner even provided life jackets. The house located on the lake and the views are gorgeous. Thanks for hosting my family.

We love this house!

Everything about this house is perfect… The location, which is right on White Lake. The size, with four complete bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen, with its class and character, along with up-to-date appliances. The living room, which is comfortable and spacious. The dining room, with its long table for enjoying a family meal. The deck outside, where we also enjoyed meals and the view of White Lake. And best of all the dock, which extends into White Lake and helps you feel like you’ve totally escaped. We really enjoyed our weekend, and hope to return before long. Our host was wonderful also, answering any question we could think of.

Cozy lake dream with benefits!!!

The lake house was the perfect get-away, better than the photos. Imagine staying at your grandparents' vacation house (cozy, kitschy art, working potbelly fireplace with plenty of wood), but with new linens, towels, fancy little hotel soaps and toiletries, and tons of Nespresso coffee pods all lined up for ya. The place was impeccably clean, all four bedrooms are good and two of them have amazing lake views. Good entertainment/speaker system, grill, awesome dock, and the lake is clear - you can see the bottom. Nearby are some decent restaurants and this one awesome ice cream place with a kooky owner. Perfect place to chill or use as a jumping off point to explore nearby towns. Oh, and the two owners were super gracious and adorable, had useful local knowledge, and answered texts promptly.

The perfect getaway!

We were a group of 4 renting Andrew and Brook's house for a long 3 week trip and if I could give the experience 10 stars I would! Andrew as a host goes above and beyond, he sent us local recommendations ahead of our stay and kept great communication the entire time (and left us a couple bottles of wine!). The house itself is even better than the pictures, the lake and the dock is the most beautiful scene to wake up to and we ate dinner on the large deck every night! Plenty of room ( four full bedrooms) for people and everything you could need to cook in the kitchen (along with a great BBQ!)plus it's clean and tidy. Also, important to note that all four of us in the house were working remotely and the wifi was fantastic (and it works all the way out on the end of the dock!) Another thing I loved about this house was that it really felt like a home. It is decorated with beautiful paintings by the host's grandfather, was fully stocked and didn't have that odd empty-rental feel you often find with other houses, it was the perfect place for us and we will definitely be returning for another trip to the White Lake House!
