Superb bolt hole located in the heart of Matua
Located in the heart of Matua opposite the Matua Shops and 2mins walk from Fergusson Park, this is the ideal little bolt hole to spend the weekend with the family in a safe kid friendly area where the they can roam and explore biking the tracks along the Tauranga harbour. Boat ramp access is on offer at Fergusson Park so bring the jetski or boat as well.
The property has been fully refurbished inside with new carpet and chattels and is ready for booking. With three bedrooms , two bathrooms, We have aimed to create an easy luxury little bolthole where you can relax on the deck and soak up the ocean views. Mini supermarket right across the road as well as a beautiful little Japanese restaurant , we highly recommend the Karaage Chicken Rice Bowl!
