Welcome to our completely remodeled condo in Santa Rosa Cove, just steps from away from the famous La Quinta Resort and Club! You'll feel at home in this 2-bedroom La Quinta retreat boasting the primary King bedroom with ensuite double sink bathroom and a guest room featuring 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed with a connecting full bathroom and double sinks making this a perfect getaway for extended family or friends or extended visits for snowbirds! Enjoy the excellent amenities that Santa Rosa Cove has to offer such as Tennis and 10 pools and Jacuzzi's spread throughout the community. Just a short walk from the famous PGA West Pete Dye Mountain Course. Enjoy the grounds of the beautiful hotel, shopping and the fabulous restaurants of the resort..... Morgans in the Desert, TWENTY6 and Adobe Grill Mexican restaurants where you can enjoy live music and indoor outdoor dining. This La Quinta home is must minutes from downtown La Quinta where you can enjoy shopping, galleries and more fabulous dining. Attend tennis tournaments, concerts or events at the Acrisure Arena. This rental is only able to be rented once per month. We live in Carlsbad California and love to travel. We were looking for a second home to escape too and fell in love with Santa Rosa Cove in La Quinta. We also have vacation rentals in Carlsbad and in Hawaii on the North Shore of Oahu and love sharing some of our favorite places with others. Please contact me with any questions on our other homes. We love Santa Rosa Cove as it is attached to La Quinta Resort and Club. Having the resort, all the restaurants, the market and great shopping, so close and within a short walk is so nice. The Pete Dye PGA Golf course is within walking distance and another beautiful amenity. Just a short drive away is downtown La Quinta offering great shopping, restaurants and night life.

We are located just across the street from the access into the La Quinta Resort and Club. We recently purchased our home and completely remodeled and reconfigured our home so everything is new!
