Villa “Riad”, much charm, Berber architecture, over 300 days of sun, warm, no smog, overflow pool with tile mosaics, calmness, breath-taking panoramic view towards Atlas, internet/TV

Enormous garden (4.000 sq) with fruits, palms, banana plants, orange and lemon trees, bougainvillas, cacti, olive trees, cypresses, flowers, herbs.

Environmental-friendly (solar installation), walls of loam soil (fresh in the summer), excellent water from own fountain, art.

Different activities: collective storage, presentation of Arabic folklore and Berber traditions including dinner in Caïdat tents (on Mondays and Wednesdays), people, landscapes, authentic objects from the Atlas, Anti-Atlas and the Souss Region, houses of pisé (walls of loam soil), visits of the orange plantation and an organic medicinal herbs production (mint, sage, geranium etc.), round trip on the back of a donkey in the freshness of the palm grove, natural pool in the Atlas mountains.

Day trips: Taroudant, Taliouine (saffron), “Tiznit”, Tizourgane.

- Moroccan lady cook possible: 25 € per day + price of products used

Der Schein trügt

Leider steht nicht in der Beschreibung das Hunde mit dort und im Haus leben. Also wenn man eine Hunde Allergie oder Angst vor Hunden hat hat man die A.... karte, sie sind zwar auf den Bildern zu sehen aber auf anderen Bildern sind auch anderen Personen und diese Leben dort ja auch nicht. Es sind die Hundehaare auf dem Sofa und auf den Polstern für den Außenbereich (Bilder vorhanden). Der Kot von den Hunden war leider auch auf der Terrasse (Bilder vorhanden). Der Poolboy wo jeden Tag hätte kommen sollen war nicht jeden Tag da er kam nach 2 Tagen abends um 9 Uhr und wollte sauber machen die Aussage von ihm war "wir waren nicht da also hat er nicht sauber gemacht um 16 uhr" unsere Meinung dazu ist wenn zu uns gesagt wird es kommt jeden Tag jemand der sauber macht dann bitte in der früh und nicht mittags wenn die Kinder im Pool sind wir haben uns mit den Besitzer in Kontakt gesetzt und bekam diese Nachricht " wir hätten selbst sauber machen sollen" aber es war nicht Mal etwas zum Reinigen da nur ein kaputter Kescher (Bild vorhanden). Nach 1 Monat wurde uns unterstellt wir hätten gebrauchtes Geschirr mitgenommen... was soll man dazu noch sagen ( Chat Bilder und Sprachnachricht auch vorhanden). Ansonsten war die Anlage sehr schön und das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet.

Très belle maison

La résidence est comme décrite dans l'annonce, il est a noté que la maison était dans un état impeccable a notre arrivée. La remise des clefs est claire et rapide. Les instructions essentielles sont disponibles sur le mur de la cuisine. La décoration de la maison est superbe et inspiré de l'architecture amazigh Piscine superbe, connection internet haut débit etc . Ayoub est également très sympathique et a disposition des vacanciers.

Wonderful place to stay in a truly amazing country.

We have had the most amazing time on our holiday. Such a beautiful, private property to spend time in. It is fairly remote but, with the owners dogs guarding the property you feel completely safe and at ease. It's very spacious but warm and welcoming at the same time, with an open fire to use on a chilly evening. A generous amount of towels and bedding to use and a well equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine and dishwasher made our lives so much easier, especially with small children in tow The pool isn't heated so is fairly cold in the milder season but our children braved it a few times. The outside area (pool and garden) is outstanding we found tortoises and lizards amongst other things and the oranges you can pick fresh from the trees are not to be missed. It is appropriately named the 'garden of stars' we have never witnessed a more spectacular night sky, cuddled up, with blankets on loungers was just wonder under the Brightest stars we had ever seen. Its in an area that isn't full of sun worshiping tourists. You actually get to see a genuine part of Morocco which we have loved and has been an amazing experience for us and our children too. So many places close by to visit for adults and children. We are already planning our next trip to do the things we didnt have time for. Jean-Luc (the owner) couldn't have been anymore helpful with suggestions on places to visit, we would have missed out on some experiences if it wasn't for his help. letting us know the temperatures so we knew what to pack was so helpful too. The steward of the property, Hafid is on hand for anything you may need, a very lovely man who doesn't invade your privacy in the slightest. He was even kind enough to escorts us to the local souk. We can't thank them enough for how welcome we felt and how much of the area we got to see. I can't see anyone being disappointed, we certainly weren't.

Stunning!

Just like the pictures! Stunning Villa in VERY rural but beautiful location. Exactly what we wanted. The owner was extremely helpful, organising everything for us including car hire and a meal on arrival. The caretaker was also lovely, as was the wonderful cook who we highly recommend you book! She came back and cooked for our last night. 40 minute drive to Agadir - which is well worth the trip. Some lovely restaurants etc, and the harbour is definitely worth a visit Highly recommended and should we come back to the area, would definitely book again

Petit coin de paradis

Riad entouré de verdure, endroit idéal pour le repos. Si vous aimez le calme dans un lieu typique Marocain je ne peux que vous recommander le jardin aux étoiles. La maison est décorée avec goût, la cuisine typique délicieuse. L'accueil des propriétaires et de son personnel chaleureux. Tout de suite on se sent chez nous. Idéal pour famille la propriété est grande et sa piscine magnifique. Idéalement située près de l'aéroport, le propriétaire vous donnera les adresses de succulents restaurants et les excursions à ne pas manquer. Vivement l'année prochaine que je puisse y retourner.

EXCEPTIONNEL

Bonjour à tous. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans le riad le jardin aux étoiles. Accueilli par Moulay hafid un homme d'exception discret mais au petit soin vis à vis de ces hôtes il nous a fait la visite de la maison et du jardin très bien entretenu (on n'a l'impression d'être dans les tropics) avec les bananiers et les palmiers et pleins d'autres arbres. Les rosiers sont magnifiques, une piscine propre ideal pour les enfants et les adultes. En ce qui concerne la cuisinière lala Arkia, charmante souriante d une gentillesse rare elle nous a concocté des plats succulents un réel plaisir à chaque repas du petit déjeuner à l apero au déjeuner et dîner. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos les chambres sont agréablement bien agencé avec deux chambres dun côté et une autre de l'autre ideal pour l'intimité des couples si vous voyagé à plusieurs . Très bien décoré avec ces tableaux.ces livres, ces tapis. Plusieurs petites terrasses pour chaque chambre j'ai vraiment aimé. En ce qui concerne le village enlui même les habitants sont sociables et très g entils. Nous avons pu profiter de cette belle maison de cette Belle ville où on sent très bien qu'il fait bon vivre. Le soir un spectacle magnifique nous attendais: un ciel rempli d'étoiles illuminés nos soirées. Je recommande vivement à tous de passer un moment de votre vie dans cette maison. 😉

un sejour fort agréable

je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce jeune Riad. Outre le calme qui règne autour du site, le propriétaire a choisi avec goût la décoration intérieur. Du sol au plafond, il a fait appel à l'artisanat local et essentiellement berbère. Malgré son jeune âge le jardin est déjà bien fourni et ne pourra que s'étoffer au fil du temps. Il permet notamment à Moulay Hafid, votre accompagnateur durant le séjour, de préparer un thé avec les herbes du jardin. En fonction de la saison vous pourrez profiter de fruits frais. Bananes, grenades, agrumes, raisins, figues, dates, papayes... en ce qui me concerne ce fût bananes, pamplemousse, citrons et grenades à volonté! L'équipement du Riad est tout à fait complet et n'a rien à envier à la modernité occidentale. Durant mon court séjour, j'ai eu la chance de découvrir Tifnite, petit village de pêcheurs au Sud d'Agadir et à 45 min du RIAD environ. Le site est de toute beauté et je ne peux que le recommander. J'ai également découvert Imouzzer en débutant la journée par la vallée du Paradis. Le paysage vaut le détour. Puis j'ai prolongé par un repas de qualité à l'Hotel des Cascades. La vue du restaurant est splendide depuis la terrasse. L'après midi je me suis rendu sur le site d'une piscine naturelle à Win Tindouine. Ne manquez pas d'aller y faire un tour et surtout ouvrez bien vos yeux sur la route. Le paysage ne peut pas vous laisser indifférent. Quel plaisir ensuite de rentrer au Riad et de faire quelques longueurs dans la piscine qui dispose d'une profondeur suffisante pour nager. La température de l'eau au début du mois de novembre oscille entre 21 et 23°. Ce qui est tout à fait correct. Bref, je pense que je retournerai sur ce site et je le conseille chaleureusement.
