- This is a family friendly area and therefore we do not allow parties or large gatherings.
- Evaporative Aircon - This property operates on an evaporative air-conditioning system
- Every Monday we have a contractor that comes through to service the pool. Guests must be ok of this in order for the pool to be operational during guest stays
- We have a regular gardener who attends which guests must also be ok in order to maintain the gardens
