Provides 2nd kitchen and allows for a total sleeping capacity for 12 for the entire home without encroaching on luving spaced.
Main House provides 3 proper bedrooms (2 Queen bedded rooms/1 Twin Bedset) with full ensuite baths and walk out to patio, hot tub, firepit and patio. The Lower lounge has pull out couch (queen) for sleeping two more.
