- This multi-level home requires 4 steps to enter. One king bedroom and 1 full bathroom are located on the entry level with no interior stairs required. Due to the home’s unique split-level layout, the additional 2 bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom are accessible via short sets of stairs. One of the additional bedrooms can also be accessed step-free via the backyard
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $25/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay, heated to 85 degrees)
- The private pool is open seasonally from April 1st, typically through the end of summer, depending on weather conditions
- The hot tub is available year-round
- Pool maintenance professionals or landscapers may be present during your stay in the summer months

Excellent property for a large group and so close to town!! This home worked perfectly for our annual get away and we were so surprised when we showed up that we were just a couple blocks from town.

Really nice property

The main floor has steps to the front door (4-6) but has handrail at the upper portion. There are 2 bedrooms and one large bath on the mainfloor (hope this helps for people less mobile). Otherwise lots of stairs (but that makes for many fun private spaces).

Had a great time!

The house was large, had many sleeping accommodations, the outdoor space was fantastic for hanging out. We especially loved being able to walk into town from the location (5min walk). Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

Sean and Carissa were amazing hosts! After our previous rental cancelled on us an hour before check-in, Sean and Carissa went above and beyond to help us get booked for this property at the last minute. The house is beautiful and in a great location on the lake! You will want for nothing as it is wonderfully stocked and furnished. THANK YOU for making our Labor Day weekend amazing!

Great property

We had a group of 16 with 6 kids. The house and property was perfect for us. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this place and will be booking again in the future!

Perfect for our needs

We had 11 people staying in Chelan for a childhood friends wedding. We all wanted to stay together, and this was the perfect option! Other than some small issues with a few of the doors, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Close walk to the lake, quick drive to the downtown shops and restaurants, and super spacious.

This is a 5 star property

Our first time stay at this property for our annual family summer vacation was perfect. We were a three generational group of 13, ages 8 to 79! This property made it easy to relax, from the comfortable beds, the fully stocked kitchen, and the location. Of course, the hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful pool all right outside the back door was a central focus for us all. We appreciated the ease of scheduling and communicating with the managers.

Space and Comfort

Roomy. Since there was only 6 of us, we had lots of space to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and for us older folks the walk-in showers were very appreciated. The pool and spa were great-perfect temperature. Extremely clean.

Great house for family

This house was amazing the pool and jot tub were great. With 4 teens it was a large house everyone had their own room. I was on my own floor. The pool table was a big hit. Very close to the state park. Safeway was a couple blocks away. The house actually has 7 bedrooms. Excellent place.

Scuba Get-away!

3 members of our family were doing their scuba diving certifying dives in chilly Lake Chelan, so we thought we'd make it a family affair! 13 people stayed in the house (4 families) and it was just a perfect setting. So many bedrooms and places for the kids to sleep - we all had a great time. The weather was beautiful, but cold, so the pool was not used, but the set up for enjoying the great backyard was obvious. It would be fabulous in the summer. Located within walking distance of the park, so the kids had a great place to play.

Location

This is a great property for large groups. We had 13 adults and 3 children under 2. There was plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. This is within walking distance of restaurants and stores. My only complaint would be the heat in the main living & kitchen area. We had to contact the owner who responded immediately to the problem but with the temperatures below 0 guessing that had something to do with it. I would definitely stay here again and would be a great summer stay.

Winterfest weekend getaway at Lake Chelan

This property was amazing! Their are 6 amazing bedrooms and it was hard to choose which one to stay in! The furnishings and decor are beautiful! The open concept kitchen and large eating bar serve as a perfect gathering spot and the large dining table accommodated our entire group. A large patio off the dining room area boosted a saltwater pool and hot tub. It was great to soak in the hot tub after a snowy day at the Manson Winterfest. A game room downstairs with a pool table and kids room entertained my 4 year old grandson. And every bedroom had its own big screen tv along with a movie theater room! We will definitely be booking this property again this summer!

Large home, great for our growing family

We've been coming to Lake Chelan for years and our family is growing; this home was perfect for us, and we see ourselves coming back, even if we grow a little more! With the six bedrooms, and multiple levels, we could enjoy space apart and together. The kids could watch movies while adults had time together. The description was accurate, home was well cleaned and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious and very communicative/responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub and can tell that this will be a great home for summer family vacations with the pool and many areas outside for entertaining. We were very close to downtown Chelan and walked to get coffee every morning to the nearby coffee shop.

We had a wonderful winter retreat!

We were impressed the minute we walked in the door. Knowing we had a large group coming, full of friends and family for celebrating a late gathering for the holidays, we knew there was space based off the photos and listing, but once we walked five steps in we could see the place would suit us all well for our stay. The home cleaned well, offered all the space and amenities we ever needed and allowed us to have fun both in the home (basement pool table) and in town. We walked a few times to the downtown restaurants and walked once for groceries. The hosts had great communication and helped us prepare for our stay. We recommend this home to others, and with a pool, hot tub and large yard we can imagine the summer months will be fantastic. We’d love to come back!

Pretty Ok

The house itself was pretty ok. It met our needs and was in a part of town with close proximity to everything. We had a good time overall and enjoyed the property. Since it was not on the water the pool and lounge area made the stay. The neighboring houses were pretty close and we seemed to be in an older run down neighborhood but felt safe. While it was well equipped, met our need, and we had a good time, i feel the cost was pretty high for the condition (more wear and tear than expected, doors that stuck, no broom or mop, not adequate bathroom towels and supplies, and our room had a severely stained mattress, no controlls for hot tub jets, pool lights). jad a severely stained mattress).mattresses
