Place is amazing! So clean, plenty of linens. The technology in this place is great! TV is massive and the pool table was great. Will defiantly be booking again!
The place was clean and the beds were all comfortable. The place had a musty odor which caused my nose to run. The parking was crowded and difficult to maneuver.
Great spot. Super close to UMass Amherst which is where we were commuting back and forth from for tournament. Felt very private and appliances and games were amazing!
Perfect for our needs- only 3 minutes from wedding venue down the street. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, had plenty of parking, all sorts of games and the pool table kept everyone entertained. Also had the biggest tv in the living room I have ever seen!! We hope to stay there again in the future. The host was great, and the Amherst area is beautiful!
This house is an amazing place to stay - we were here with a 16, 14, and 9 year old and they LOVED all the games, especially the pool table and the ring toss. We loved seeing the frogs on the lily pads in the pond in the backyard, as well as exploring the stream that runs right through the backyard. Rooms were clean and comfortable and host was very accessible. Definitely recommend!
Place was spacious and super clean. Very high tech, which was cool- but some of the finishing work needs to be done. As long as that doesn’t bother you though, it’s a great place to stay.
Property waa very clean and a great location. Directions were also very good. One small issue - there was a sewer type smell in the bathroom, but went away after a while. Overall a great experience!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
None of the pool cues had tips. Existing tears in the sofa. Thermostat did not work. Temperature stayed at 67 no matter what it was set to. When we plugged in the provided space heaters, it tripped the breaker. Provided coffee was expired. The upstairs became very noisy from walking every night from midnight until around 2am. On the weekend, the bus stop across the street was also very noisy. When the heat did come on, it was also very noisy. We had to turn on a white noise app loudly in order to sleep.Beds were comfortable. Overall, the place was clean. It just needs some upkeep. Very safe neighborhood. Close to everything. A solid 3.5 stars, but not deserving of 5.
We came for my sons UMAss grad school graduation and the stay met all ofOur expectations. I was a bit nervous wit lh a basement rental but it was very clean and just what we needed. We were only there for one night so we didn’t really get Antonine all the property and to offer but it was perfect for what we needed.
