The Space:
Three recreation areas mean that the children can have their own space and so can you! . The garden is fully fenced, hence it is ideal for children and dogs. Although pet friendly we ask that you keep your dog outside, and please clean up after your dog. We would ask that you keep pets to one dog thank you. (you must advise the owner if you are bringing a dog).Embrace the beach lifestyle and create unforgettable memories in this beautiful haven by the sea.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are Queen Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds.
Payment Terms – If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the whole house, there is a keysafe, code to be given on the day of arrival. There is three double sized bedrooms with queen beds in each one, another bedroom with single beds. There are also two other single beds in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue on the front deck overlooking the ocean. There is Wifi available. We would ask you to respect the neighbours and make sure music is turned down before midnight.
