The Plough House with 4 bedrooms

Charming and spacious 4-bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, and a living room. Located in the Domaine de Rochebonne, just 10 minutes from the beaches. Fully equipped, it features a private enclosed garden, a terrace, a barbecue, and free Wi-Fi. Heated swimming pool (May to October), large enclosed grounds, and children's play areas. Shops within walking distance. Pets welcome. Exceptional off-season offers for stays of 3 nights or more, up to 40% off!

The heated pool is not very busy as we have a maximum capacity of 40 people, and is often empty in the morning and afternoon when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the region. So there are rarely many people at the pool and often there is nobody there due to everyone's schedules.

Gîte décevant

Gîte propre mais vétuste et mal entretenu . En cas de pluie ,l’eau s’infiltre et coule dans l’escalier du séjour . Mobilier et électricité mal entretenus . Pour nous , séjour décevant dans une belle région

À 15mn des parcs à huitres

Location spacieuse, qui aurait besoin d'être rénovée. La crise covid est passée par là. Le manque d'investissement dans l'entretien du logement se fait sentir. La panoplie de vaisselle pour cuisiner à besoin d'être renouvelée. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. En tout début de saison et à cause de la météo, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des jeux pour enfants qui espèrent de belles promesses..

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gite pour se retrouver en famille le temps d'un week-end, l'aménagement et l'espace ont été appréciés, l'accueil fut chaleureux malgré le froid de cette période, nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Excellent séjour

Le jardin est un excellent parc de jeux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Région avec beaucoup de sites à visiter. Idéal pour tous les âges.

Très agréable en famille

Piscine et jardin commun parfaitement entretenus. Certains jeux pour les enfants à enlever ou remplacer (dans le bac à sable). Un gardien sur place toujours disponible. Voisinage respectueux (les logis sont tous mitoyens). Petit jardin privatif bien commode, avec son BBQ (ne cherchez pas l'intimité). Chambres à l'étage : nous avons eu très chaud, en particulier dans les 2 chambres enfants avec vélux. Des ventilateurs sont fournis.

Paradis des enfants

Grand gîte ancien retapé dans ce qui était sans doute un corps de ferme avec petit jardin clos donnant sur une grande "aire" de jeux pour enfants !! Piscine bien protégée donc sans danger ( séjour en février ). Les environs riches en découverte. La personne qui nous reçoit très sympathique et à l'écoute. En cette période de l'année nous nous sommes sentis chez nous ,surtout les petits !

A proximité de Marennes

Appartement indépendant avec tout l'équipement nécessaire au séjour (de la couverture anti-feu aux multiples casseroles). La structure est vraiment adaptée aux enfants. Le jardin clos permet de laisser un toutou dans le jardin en toute tranquillité.
