Located in the Parc de Royan and facing north-west, the accommodation was completely renovated in March 2022. The location is ideal: close to shops and restaurants, cinema, central market 8 minutes by bike, 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Description of the accommodation: The living room hosts a TNT television, 1 BZ for sleeping (140 x 190), an extendable table with flaps and 3 chairs to take your meals.
On the kitchen side, you have a fridge (top), a combined microwave oven, a 2-burner induction hob, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of storage.
The bathroom with shower houses the washing machine (and its drying rack) as well as the toilets.
You can see the sea from the 30m2 terrace (with umbrella and garden set, 2 relax) and can enjoy the beach of the Grande Conche, just 40 meters from the apartment!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are allowed with the owner's agreement.
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
