The Exposed brick of the original chimney and modern quartz counter tops mix for urban beauty on the Lake! •The Master Bedroom has a King bed, closet, and Cable TV. Doors from the original building constructed on a modern slider lead you to the Master bathroom that has a double basin and large, tile shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. Living room has a Justice Furniture Commercial Sofa Sleeper with comfortable memory foam queen size mattress, and 2 Oversize Plush Velvet Chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and seats 6. This unit also includes Wireless Internet, and full size washer/dryer. Guests have access to The Reserve Lofts private pool and hot tub, and BBQ grill area.

Lake Visit

The property was very clean and definitely met the needs of my family. The location was easy to access and the restaurant below was very convenient. Great place to stay would highly recommend for a trip to Lake of the Ozarks.

You couldn’t ask for a cleaner place in the lake. Amazing rooms with an amazing view of the water. The owner was amazing and had great communication. Will for sure stay again!

Beautiful place!!

We came here to watch the shootout and it was in a perfect location. With a great restaurant. And they had a boat rental next store that had great pontoon boats to rent. The place was very clean and had everything you need. Beach towels and a pool and hot tub. And great views. Love this place and we will be back..

This place was awesome. It’s modern decor and gorgeous view made it so enjoyable. Not to mention, it was super clean! The restaurant below also had wonderful food! We wished we couldn’t stayed longer!

Beautiful accommodations!

This property was perfect for us. No corners have been cut here, perfect location, amazing views and super comfortable furnishings. Easy access to anything you want to do and the restaurant at the property was fantastic. Marty was attentive and kind, communications were excellent. We wanted to stay forever! We will be back!

Great loft at LOTO

We had a really nice stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Lofts. The pictures do a really nice job. Everything is exactly as it seems from the pictures. No surprises. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook some meals in the loft. We also ate downstairs at the restaurant and the food there is very good too. A really fun place to watch all kinds of boats come in and out of the calm no-wake cove.

Reserve Lofts were great!

During the 4th of July weekend we were in the Ozarks for an event and needed a place to stay overnight. By chance we found this place and were extremely pleased with our luck. The space is lovely, stylish, everything is very new and perfectly clean - and conveniently located just off Business HGWY 54. The bedrooms are quite nice with very comfortable beds and pillows and each room has it's own bathroom. We made use of the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed the excellent lakefront view from the balcony. The lofts are above a very nice restaurant (also called The Reserve) that we ordered food from to eat in our place. Our only regret is we did not have time to stay an extra night!

Perfect Getaway!!!

This place is amazing! Super clean, great location, amazing views! The windows in the livingroom.......oh my!!! The owner was awesome on letting us know about parking and getting access to the condo. We highly recommend.
