Freshly Remodeled @ The Towers at Parkview Bay! Hot Tub, Indoor & Outdoor Pools

This Upscale Condominium really stands out from the others! After purchasing the condo, the new owners took their time to update and remodel to ensure it would become a prime vacation rental! You'll appreciate the modernized kitchen and master suite bath (especially the shower) - and their choices of furnishings and décor. The result is an all-new Towers at Parkview Bay Condominium!

The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the screened deck overlooking the Lake, and a luxurious bath with oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Twin air mattress with pump for a child's use. All of the bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans. The condo sleeps up to 6 adults and up to 7 guests including children.

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.

The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Around the Lake Area, our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

The place was very nice and so comfortable. It had great views and the balcony was very inviting and we spent every morning out there having coffee and enjoy the beauty. Only issues were they don't have the right skillets for cooking and need dish yowels and dish rags so if you're coming to stay and there's more then 2 of you bring bigger pans and dish clothes abs dish towels or you'll be trying to use 2 very small pans which was difficult for us and there was just 2 of us. The main living TV wasn't working right at ALL our whole stay and the property manager text my husband and told him that this was happening prior with other renters and wanted him to unhook some cables and try trouble shooting it but we felt that wasn't something we should have to do especially if it made it worse or caused it to go out completely. We would go back to this place but would bring more necessities.

There were 6 of us that stayed comfortably in this house. We were centrally located to bridal cave, haha Tonka, shopping, even made a trip to Jefferson City. First time in Missouri was a great experience.

We highly recommend this beautiful property. The owners did a great job renovating the property and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very nice and was emasculate. We enjoyed the large private balcony with gorgeous views. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The location is on a beautiful part of the lake and is close to restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated that Jason who managed the property was always available to answer any questions we had. If we needed anything during our stay he was quick to respond.

The Towers at Parkview Bay is one of the most impressive condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment! You simply can not find the amenities offered at the Towers elsewhere! Our guests really enjoy the Heated Indoor & Outdoor Pools and the Indoor Hot Tub, and Sauna. The amenities also include an Exercise Room!
