The Space:

Fresh snow settles across the trees as you step onto the balcony, the quiet of the mountains wrapping around you while the slopes come to life below. Inside, the glow of the fireplace warms the open living space, creating a peaceful retreat after a day navigating the runs above Blackcomb. Mornings begin with crisp alpine air and effortless ski access, letting you slip onto Merlin’s run within moments of leaving the building.



Designed for connection and comfort, Woodrun Lodge 402 offers a bright, inviting space set within Whistler’s sought-after Upper Village. The living area opens to a private balcony with views of the pool and slopes, giving you a front-row seat to the steady rhythm of mountain life. Settle in on the generous couch beside the indoor fireplace, or step out for a pause between ski laps.



Kitchen and dining

A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for relaxed meals at home, with a dining table that seats six and additional breakfast bar seating for three. Whether you are warming something simple before the next gondola ride or gathering for an unhurried dinner, the layout keeps everyone close.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub with an overhead rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage, while the den includes a tri-bunk bed, a small desk area, and a reading nook. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed steam shower serves the additional rooms.



Amenities and comforts

The home includes in-suite laundry, heating, and a dedicated workspace. Guests have access to building amenities such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, elevator, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, secure ski and bike storage, luggage dropoff allowed, and building staff available 24 hours a day. Ski-in/Ski-out access allows you to reach the slopes without driving or arranging transportation, adding ease to every winter day.

Set in the Upper Village, the location blends mountain calm with convenience. You can walk to Whistler Village or take a quick shuttle ride, exploring restaurants, cafes, and aprĂšs-ski spots before returning to the quiet of the lodge.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

‱ Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

‱ No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

‱ The den does not have windows.

‱ Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

‱ Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Would Book Again!

Great stay here at the end of June 2025.Staying on Blackcomb is great for families, and this u it is a great location. Just a short walk down the slopes to the gondola and the upper village area. It’s also only 15 minute walk to the Whistler Village!Check-in process was great, front desk was super friendly, and the place had everything you need!
