Beautiful house with wonderful views of the bay. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Note that the driveway is a bit narrow so larger vehicles might do better by parking on the road. There is enough room for smaller cars to carefully turn around and exit smoothly.

Location comes with a nice view if weather cooperates. Overlooks the ocean and landscapes of Wellington.If you are looking for a comfortable home-like feel this property is not that. Very cold and empty feeling. Walls are bare and it feels very undone. Biggest takeaways from this one night stay was the home is very dirty & unkept. It has lots of carpet none of which had been vacuumed. Kitchen is bare with not even a kitchen towel to wipe our hands. All the walls are white and filthy. Lots of spider webs and filth. Random holes in the walls where pictures use to be. It just has a very abandoned feel to it. We were only renting this home for one night to sleep when passing through Wellington so having a nice warm bed to rest in and a clean bathroom is all we really needed for our stay. This property was unable to provide both. We pulled back the master bedding to find white sheets that had some kind of yellow body fluid on them along with pubic hairs, hair, even eyelashes. It was apparent the sheets had been slept on and not changed. All bathrooms were dirty. This property has a spider/nat issue. We found the tubs and showers needed rinsed out before we felt comfortable to step into them. There was dried blood on a light switch in the upstairs bathroom as well. When we reached out to the host we heard back in a semi reasonable time but the response was less than impressive. We were told we could run the vacuum if we wanted for the spider and cobwebs. No extra bedding as well.

The good part the home was large with great views. The home was not clean. We found a beer bottle under a bed, spiders all over house, only 1 burner on cooktop worked, and kitchen ill stocked. one bedroom had no windows and stunk musty. We also had the unfortunate event of having the neighbors party and shoot fireworks off against the house until 1 am in the morning.
